Hi, I’m Linda Hillebrand

As a physician for the past 30 years, health and wellness has become an extension of my life. After attending medical school, I completed a residency in OB/GYN then pursued a fellowship in Integrative Medicine. I have always practiced with an approach toward comprehensive wellness respecting the individual.

Throughout my career as a physician, I came to understand that what my clients truly wanted was a partner on their health journey – someone to provide guidance and support as they sought optimal health.

As I really started to explore the science of longevity, I realized that the GI tract has a central role in chronic, systemic disease and gut dysfunction can compromise health and diminish vitality even in the absence of overt GI symptoms.

Now, it is my passion to help clients unlock their full potential to live a longer, healthier life.

As your longevity coach, I help highly motivated women navigate lifestyle choices to prevent chronic health issues through nutrition and gut health, achieve quality sleep, manage stress and increase physical activity to live a healthier, more joyful life. Heal Your Gut For Longevity Program

This one-on-one program is a robust 6-month long commitment created for women who are motivated and dedicated to addressing their individual health goals in pursuit of a longer, more fulfilling life.

Recent research points to the importance of the role of the gut microbiome in our overall well-being. Gut dysfunction can be associated with development of chronic diseases including GI issues. Approximately 70-80% of our immune system lives in the gut and hormones that regulate the mood are produced there. Thus a program centered around longevity should include restoring gut health and balancing hormones.

This program includes functional medicine testing including the GI MAP, a stool test to evaluate beneficial bacteria as well as pathogens, yeast and parasites and also a detailed food sensitivity test that detects food and chemicals that are causing inflammation. Additional testing as appropriate may be needed for precise health information used in protocols.

A detailed health history along with consideration of your particular symptoms and goals and results of testing will allow creation of a personalized protocol. The goal of a restorative wellness solution is to decrease inflammation and heal the gut with whole food and appropriate supplements. This program will also focus on the importance of restful sleep, stress management and other lifestyle recommendations.

The program starts with a 90 minute consultation.

Testing is ordered and performed.
A 60 minute consultation is scheduled to review lab results and discuss protocol recommendations.
A 30 minute consultation every 2-3 weeks for the remainder of the 6 months and weekly email check-ins, or anytime you have questions.
